A beautifully restored traditional farmhouse, Cefn Coch is a comfortable retreat in a quiet, rural location with the most stunning views. It has the comforts and luxury of a wood burning stove and a private hot tub on the terrace. The property looks over the Vale of Ffestiniog, in Snowdonia National Park, boasting breath-taking views of the mountains in one direction and the estuary in the other. It also has the unique and magical addition of historic steam trains passing at the bottom of the garden. The local village offers a small high street with a convenience store and cafe whilst Porthmadog is a short drive away, with a selection of shops and restaurants.

The area offers something for everyone, whether it's relaxing in the beautiful countryside, taking to the hills or trying something a bit more adventurous like gorge walking, kayaking, canyoning or white water rafting. You can enjoy walks and cycling straight from the cottage, exploring the local forests, or there are many local attractions to visit including Zip World and the Fforest Coaster, steam train rides from Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog, the beautiful Italian renaissance style village of Portmeirion or one of the many medieval castles, based at Harlech, Caernarfon and Criccieth.

Kitchen and utilities: Well-equipped kitchen including a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Entertainment: Smart TV in living room. Wifi available.

Outside: Large gardens with terrace and lawns, with garden furniture to enjoy stunning views.

General: central heating and electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided.
