The property was exactly as advertised.
The kitchen had everything we needed. The week we stayed the weather was very hot as was the flat at times. A fan would have been lovely and a lighter quilt for the bed. It was very central with all the amenities at hand,and so we had been told that it could be noisy but it was not intrusive . All in all we had a lovely stay. All the best Deirdre

A great flat bang in the middle of things but also tucked away enough fo be private.
I would recommend this flat to friends. A very comfy bed. A couple of minor points, as far as I'm concerned: the blinds in kitchen and bathroom need updating, the pillows could be firmer, I couldn't get the tv system to work so could do with looking at or a clear user guide and the shower could be a little more assertive.

We had all of the necessary facilities to make our stay enjoyable. The position of the Studio is ideal for exploring Lincoln, with all the attractions nearby. The city is most attractive and the experience of "Steep Hill" is one not to miss! It's not called Steep Hill for nothing. Highly recommended.
