What our customers say about their holidays

      Wow, what an incredible place.

We had such a wonderful peaceful holiday. It was our first with our rescue dogs and ty coed 63 was just perfect for us. The welcome packs for humans and dogs were a really lovely touch that makes it feel even more luxury. Plenty of room for 2 dogs and even has extra bowls in the cosy lodge. We also had the best nights sleep we've had in years in their comfy bed. Everything was in the lodge that you need/want and more. Really well thought out and the owners have done this place proud. Beautiful views that do not disappoint and walks straight from the doorstep. So many in fact you'd need more than a week to explore them all. We had the most wonderful week despite our usual wet welsh weather as the lodge was just so lovely. The local on site shop has all your staples for keeping you going and supermarkets just 10miles away. Again thank you so much for an incredible first holiday. Hopefully we will return at some point

We stayed in July 24 for a week.

Positives - the views - fantastic 180 degree views of the Snowdonia mountains from the lovely deck. Location is also brilliant for outdoor activities. The place has also been recently revamped very tastefully and to a high standard. They seem to have thought of everything. Extremely well equipped, comfortable and maintained living areas. Negatives - both bedrooms are small (one slightly larger than the other) the beds are therefore extremely cramped. As someone of average height (5'10"), my feet were against the end wall when at full stretch. The smaller room really isn't big enough for a double (bunks would work better) and the larger room needs the bed turned 90 degrees to give taller people room to stretch out. Luckily we were 2 people, but we ended up sleeping in separate rooms as it was too cramped to get a good night's sleep together. If it wasn't for this, I am sure we'd be back again.

Natasha, Maria, Alan - Norfolk May-2023 Astounding cabin!

With amazing views, home to home experience, the cabin is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, from kitchen utensils, extra blankets and pillows to have a cosy night in, a great range of DVDs and books and plenty of information books and guides on what to do in the area. Ty-coed 63 is spacious, beautifully renovated and perfectly situated with much to do all around. We have had an amazing 7 nights here and can’t fault anything at all! After a long day out exploring wales this is the perfect place to relax in the evenings with amazing views of the mountains around us. Luckily we had lovely weather and had breakfast and dinner spent outside on the veranda enjoying the views exposed to sunshine all day long! Great thanks for sharing a lovely cabin!

Fabulous cottage in a great location. A well equipped barn overlooking the Coed-y-Brenin valley. Mountain bike trails from the cottage. Bike storage. Walking paths straight from the cottage. Owners live next door & are very friendly, welcoming & helpful .Water is from a bore hole, but has the best shower in a rental cottage we've stayed in. Wifi/ internet/ phone signal is good. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped.

The whole holiday was absolutely wonderful. The farm setting, the property, the welcome from the owner. The scenery was spectacular and we were central for all the places we wanted to visit - Betws Y Coed, Llandudno, Conway, Barmouth, Porthmadoc. The farmhouse was well equipped and there was nothing we did not have to hand. The bed linen was exceptional which is unusual in our experience. It was clean and very welcoming.
