This gorgeous spot is also both child and dog-friendly, meaning you can all have a fun day out together, chasing the waves and one another up and down the shore. Thrillseekers will go wild for Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, which is East Anglia’s premium theme park with over 35 rides, attractions and shows. Animal lovers will be entranced by a trip to Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, which is home to a special collection of exotic and rare animals from all over Asia. If you’re planning to do a spot of hiking during your holiday, then there’s plenty of lovely coastal and circular walks in the surrounding area. One of our favourites is the Halvergate Marshes and Weavers Way Walk. This five-mile circular route begins in the village of Halvergate, near Great Yarmouth, and rewards walkers with breathtaking panoramic views of the local countryside.
