Getting to Loch Shuna Lodges
Via Lochgilphead: Take the A816 towards Oban for 13 miles. Pass the turning to Ardfern on the left and continue for 2 miles. Turn left to Craobh Haven. After 1 mile fork right for Marina/ Village. After 200 yards you will come to the village. Turn right onto un-tarmaced road signed Loch Shuna. Follow the road to the left and cross the causeway to the island.
Via Oban: Take the A816 South towards Arduaine. The road meets the open shore line of Loch Shuna. Follow this for 1 1/3 miles and turn right for Craobh Haven. Then as above. (Sat-nav users - do not use the first turning which is the old un-made, un-signed track to Craobh Haven, it's unsuitable for cars).
Some satellite navigation systems send people on the Loch Awe road which is very slow. Please take the main roads to reach the Lodges in better time. A road map is also useful for navigating during your holiday.
