There were lots of dirty marks on the cream carpets . We always take footwear off as soon as we enter a property - as we do at home - but obviously others donât. The sofa looked very tired and there were broken tiles on the bathroom floor plus a few other bits and pieces. Having said that we did have a lovely holiday and would not want to put anyone off staying there. We hope that our comments are helpful.

It had everything you needed for a great holiday The little touches of the tea and coffee sachets and the washing up liquid etc were a nice touch .Parking on site was an added bonus The town was few minutes walk away as was a lovely pub with great food ,Would highly recommend 44 dart marina to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Dartmouth .Thank you for a lovely stay

Clean. Needs 2 new lamps in under cupboard lights in the kitchen. Other reviews have mentioned the stain on the carpet and need for a little decoration. Appliance instructions are in the cupboard under the table - we didnât find them until the last day.
