The ground floor is expansive, with a spacious drawing room with far-reaching country views, plus a second lounge/library, perfect for curling up with a book after an exhilarating country walk. Stay entertained in bad weather in the music and games room, which features an upright piano and a variety of board games for all ages. Or practise your serve on the tennis court during the summer months, while the kids and dogs play in the garden. The country-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing delicious dinners, and there’s a choice of dining options from an outdoor table in the garden, to a formal dining room – perfect for those celebratory meals. Six spacious bedrooms ensure everybody gets a good night’s sleep with some rooms offering flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate different groups of people. The area has a multitude of wonderful walking options, including Sheringham Park (2 miles) and Holt Country Park (4.5), while the beaches of Weybourne, Sheringham, Salthouse and Cromer are all within 7.5 miles.
