Overall, it offers a delightful base for a relaxing getaway, with easy access to local walks, pubs, and amenities.

Most guests found the cottage clean and tidy, though a few mentioned issues such as crumbs, dirty plates, and the need for a deeper clean. Some also noted the oven and showers could be better maintained.

The location is highly praised for its peaceful village setting, proximity to the Broads, and easy access to local walks and amenities. A few guests mentioned it is a short walk to the nearest town, but overall the setting is considered excellent.

Guests generally found the cottage warm, cosy, and comfortable, with good beds and seating. Some mentioned lightweight duvets and soft pillows, which may not suit everyone, and noted the cottage is compact, especially for four adults.

The cottage is well equipped with modern features, board games, and books. However, several guests noted minor maintenance issues such as a missing fridge bottle rack, worn cooking utensils, and shower temperature controls. The garden is smaller than expected.

A wonderful little cottage, that gave us a quackingly good weekend away. It was warm, comfortable and cosy. Well equipped and clean. Lovely host who left milk and biscuits on our arrival. Introduced herself and we knew if we had any issues we could just ask. Had a very fabulous meal at The Rising Sun public house, and throughly good fish and chips from Jeffery’s. Both in Coltishall. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
