A lovely cottage for a relaxing break on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds town of Louth, close to Hubbards Hills and just a stroll into the town centre..

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. A lovely cottage, just a 10-minute walk into the centre of the Wolds Georgian market town of Louth, well known for its many good restaurants and bars as well as its traditional three markets a week. Just 150 yards walk away is the Hubbards Hills where you can enjoy a walk alongside the river through the park and onto Westgate Fields which brings you into Louth towards the magnificent church and town centre.
The east coast with its sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts such as Skegness and Mablethorpe is only 30 minutes’ drive or head into Lincoln approximately 35 minutes away for a great day out exploring the cathedral, castle and even have lunch alongside the Brayford marina as you watch the boats cruise by.
Motorsport enthusiasts will enjoy nearby Cadwell Park race circuit which has events and track days most weekends. For those that love to explore on foot or by bike there are popular cycle routes out into the Wolds or lovely walks straight from the door. Meridian Leisure centre is a 5 minute drive from the property, as well as Louth cinema and theatre. Shops, restaurants and pubs ¾ mile.

I've stayed in many UK cottages over the years and this is by far the best. Every need was catered for, the owners have literally thought of everything, even providing a lovely 'welcome' hamper, milk in the fridge, tea, sugar and various condiments in the store cupboard plus a selection of 'Emergency' toiletries if you've forgotton anything! They've also provided a cupboard full of board games, a dart board and BBQ (with coals provided). There's a travel cot, high chair and stair gate provided if you have small children and there's a washing machine and dishwasher - again washing liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided. The owner's communication pre, during and post stay was superb...we felt that nothing was too much trouble for them! I cannot recommend this lovely and very aptly named 'Comfy Kozy' cottage highly enough!

Comfy Kozy Cottage is well named and has everything, and more, than you will need during your stay. We would certainly recommend it and would consider a re-visit should we have a break in Lincolnshire in the future. Certainly a good place for anyone who loves to go on walks.
