Tucked away in a courtyard setting this holiday cottage is just a short stroll from the centre of the village and is ideally placed for walking direct from the door, with both easy riverside walks and more demanding hill walking being readily available. The bustling market town of Skipton is just 10 minutes drive and offers a wealth of things to see and do with boat trips on the canal, pitch and putt, markets, shops and a swimming pool. It also boasts a fine Norman castle which stands proudly at the top of the town and overlooks what was voted Best High Street in England 2009. Shop and pub 250 yards, restaurant 800 yards.

Walk from the front door. Mickle Hill Mews is well situated for exploring N. Yorkshire and the Dales, with shop nearby.

Enjoyed a winter break with friends. We stuck to local walks so did'nt need to move the car apart to visit excellent nearby farmshop. It was lovely to be able to get train back from Skipton. We would definately return to this property . It will be good to stay in Summer with longer days & explore the Dales a bit more. Janet's Foss & Malham Cove are calling. The property is exceedingly clean & comfortable & had everything we needed for a self catering break.
