It lies within easy reach of Hereford, 7 miles, with its magnificent cathedral and Mappa Mundi, Malvern with its theatre, the Forest of Dean, Worcester and Gloucester. A family run farm park, Westons cider maker, several National Trust properties, the Three Counties Showground and canoeing in the Wye Valley are also easily accessible as are golf and fishing.

Cottage was well equipped with all you would need. The only niggle was no instructions for the cooker, microwave, TV and heating system. Garden was fantastic for our Labrador as totally enclosed. Plenty of eateries close by but be aware a lot don't open Monday and Tuesday. Recommend Weston cider mill literally just down the road, restaurant was good value and food excellent.

A lovely spacious property which served its purpose, everything you needed in the cottage. Could have done with a high clean as a few cobwebs.Definitely need transport as nothing within walking distance. With transport interesting places to visit. Though on quite a busy road it was peaceful and lovely garden to watch the wildlife

We have stayed at more than 20 cottages over the years. This is the first one we have stayed at, where there was not a welcome pack left by the owners. However that is not the issue, the issue was we were expecting at least a pint of milk ! No milk left and no local shop to buy any. I really think the purchase of a pint of milk is not too much to expect. I would recommend the owners provide that at the very least .
