Loved the location and onsite parking. The cottage was lovely and homely but needed a bit of TLC we felt. There were a lot of cobwebs on most ceilings that just needed a feather duster going over. The sofas were very saggy and the double bed was the smallest we’d ever stayed in, both being tall our feet hung out! Having said that the wine was a lovely jester and we would stay again as we visit the Lake District 2/3 times a year.
