Guests say

10 Elm Court is a well-located apartment in the heart of Keswick, praised for its stunning views, proximity to the town centre and supermarket, and dedicated parking. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds and responsive management. Some mention the apartment is compact, with a dated or occasionally under-equipped bathroom and kitchen, and note the number of stairs to access the property. Cleanliness and maintenance are generally good, though a few guests experienced issues on arrival. Overall, the apartment offers a convenient and pleasant stay, especially for those seeking easy access to Keswick’s amenities and beautiful scenery.

Most guests found the apartment clean and well-presented, with comfortable beds and good quality linens. However, a few reviews mention lapses such as a broken vacuum, hairs in the bath, and some areas needing more attention, which slightly detracts from the overall impression.

The location is consistently praised, with guests highlighting its central position, proximity to Booths supermarket, the bus station, and the town centre, as well as excellent views of the surrounding fells. The dedicated parking space is also a significant advantage.

Guests generally found the apartment comfortable, especially the beds and living areas. Some noted the apartment is small and the living room furniture less comfortable, and several mentioned the number of stairs as a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Facilities are adequate, with most essentials provided and prompt maintenance responses. Some guests found the kitchen under-equipped, noted issues with the bathroom and bin, and mentioned the narrow parking spaces. The apartment benefits from recent upgrades, but some areas remain dated.

There are no mentions of welcome gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so a score cannot be provided for this category.

Great views from the top floor. Downside of that is, lots of stairs. Not a problem for us but less mobile would struggle.Very spacious compared with others in Elm court. The light fitting in the bathroom was faulty on arrival. It was fixed promptly after a phone call to the local office.

Excellent choice for visiting Keswick since it located close to the main supermarket and only a few minutes into the town centre. Pleased to find that since our last visit 12 months earlier, the bathroom has been completely renovated to a high standard. It is a comfortable and well equipped apartment with views towards Skiddaw from the living room. However, on the other hand, the price has gone up and exceeds similar 2 bedroom properties in the same building by over £100 per equivalent week. Despite having stayed here for the past 2 years we have decided against a return visit in 2026 and have consequently reserved on the the neighbouring properties.

We found the flat very small, even for two of us, and felt that the kitchen was under equipped. There was little storage place for clothes. We did not find the living room furniture comfortable. The location, however, was brilliant. Views of Cat Bells fom the bedroom and Grizedale Pike from the living room. Parking space in the centre of Keswick. Near the bus station, and a decent supermarket.Might have been better if we had packed lighter, or only wanted to stay for a week.
