Offering great access to local amenities and shops, this beautiful cottage has been renovated to a high standard in 2019. The delightful living room is perfect to unwind in after a day exploring the local area. Exposed beams and contemporary style enhance the character of this cottage. Head downstairs to a well-designed and equipped kitchen/dining room featuring a stable door and individual decor. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a shower room with a modern double shower cubicle. The property will be decorated for those looking to arrive over the festive period.

Situated on the bank of the River Worth, the cottage offers great access to a parade of shops and eateries including a specialist coffee roaster and tea merchant, a newsagent/general store and two popular restaurants. Beckside Cottage is central to the towns’ local amenities enabling you to enjoy the many delights of this lovely town. A 15-minute drive to Skipton gives you the opportunity to enjoy much more. The leisure centre features two pools, pitch and putt golf, and tennis courts, all within 20 acres of parkland. There is also a fantastic farm shop and restaurant serving fresh local groceries, ales and fine wines within a few minutes’ drive from the town centre. A short stroll through the main street of Skipton takes you to the medieval Castle, one of the oldest in the country. The award-winning four day market, situated down the entire length of the main high street, attracts many tourists. There are many excellent pubs, restaurants and cafes, and the lively canal basin and Skipton woods offer great days out for both families and couples.

Further afield, enjoy moorland walks at Bolton Abbey, the local farmers’ markets at Grassington, Settle’s famous cheese dairy and artisan shops. Both elegant Harrogate and picturesque Kirkby Lonsdale are within an hours’ drive from this lovely property. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
