Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates available on request. Welcome pack. Large enclosed, lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This wonderful area is an ideal base for circular riverside and country walks, and to explore the Severn Way, with its own walks and perfect picnic spots.

The property consists of a living room and an open plan kitchen and dining room with bi-folding doors leading to the large garden. A utility room and a cloakroom compete the ground floor. To the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. To the second floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. There is off-road parking and a large enclosed lawned garden.

Many National Trust properties in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, including Berrington Hall, Brockhampton Estate, Hanbury Hall and Woodchester Mansion, are worth a visit, as are Bristol, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud and Cirencester. Within easy driving are golf, ski slopes, coastal walks, Cotswold walks plus the Gloucester and Sharpness canal walks. Also within easy driving are Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetland Park, Cotswold Water Park, Berkeley Castle and Butterfly House, Prinknash Abbey (bird and deer park), Thornbury Castle and Cheltenham Race Course. The historic town of Tewkesbury with its famous abbey, Westonbirt Arboretum, Stratford-upon-Avon, the Roman city of Bath, Regency Cheltenham and the cathedral cities of Bristol and Gloucester with their historic docks are also close by. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
