Mansefield Cottage is located just 4 miles from the beautiful fishing port town of Portsoy, with a host of local shops, restaurants and bars along with a historic harbour and beaches. This lovely cottage nestles in a semi rural location with spectacular views over the rolling countryside and the distant coast. The owners also provide a telescope, so guests can enjoy the amazing sunsets. The property has been renovated throughout 2020 and offers a large open plan living area with a tiled floor throughout, comfortable seating and Smart TV, spacious dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom and a single bedroom both served by a contemporary bathroom. Outside there is a seating area and private parking. The coastline is filled with beautiful sandy bays where you can walk for miles, and there are numerous fishing ports and tranquil villages with a host of shops selling Scottish produce. The area is well suited for outdoor enthusiasts with many walks and cycle routes from the front door. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

We had a really lovely stay at Mansefield cottage. It was equipped with everything we could need for our trip with lots of thoughtful extras and was an ideal base for getting out and exploring the area. We very much appreciated the generous welcome basket and were delighted to see the northern lights right from the cottage. We’d thoroughly recommend and look forward to going back again.
