19 The Crags, or Bay View, is an attractive apartment sleeping 4 on the Maenporth Estate in scenic west Cornwall. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been recently refurbished to a high standard. Balcony with super sea views. Access to all the leisure facilities including the indoor pool, tennis courts, Jacuzzi and games room, and the beach is a short stroll away. If venturing further afield the bustling town of Falmouth is a short drive away. Parking also provided.

Bay View is in the Crags area of the Maenporth Estate, and benefits from three patio areas, all with super beach and countryside views. It features a cosy master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a smaller second bedroom with bunk beds. The family bathroom is equipped with both a bath and overhead shower. Both bathrooms boast underfloor heating. Bay View's well-equipped kitchen forms an L-shape around one side of the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. A large wooden table and six chairs are situated on the main balcony - perfect for alfresco dining.

The Maenporth Estate is an exclusive holiday resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove. You’ll have 29 acres of mature gardens and woodland to explore and could well see a wild hare or squirrel looking for its supper!

There’s an abundance of leisure activities that should keep the whole family happy, and all included in your tariff. We have a 15-metre indoor swimming pool with tables and chairs poolside. Changing rooms and hot showers are available too. If you need a quiet spot to answer an email, try the wi-fi lounge overlooking the pool.

Relax in the sauna or the Jacuzzi because you are on holiday after all! You can enjoy the sun terrace and the communal barbecues – it’s a lovely area and quite the sun trap.

For the competitive family members, there are pool and table tennis tables, or one all-weather tennis and two pickleball courts. Simply collect racquets and balls from reception.

Let the little ones run off steam in the children’s play area where you’ll find play equipment, a grassed area plus two football goals.

It’s a 10-minute walk down to the hill to Maenporth Beach where there is a super café, the Cove Restaurant, and kayak and paddle-board hire. It’s a steep walk back up though!

All on one level, access is via the communal foyer and down a flight of 15 stairs.

Well equipped Kitchen with hob, integrated oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dish washer. 

Hallway cupboard with washer drier in cupboard. 

Master Bedroom with king size bed and en-suite. With shower room with underfloor heating, corner shower cubicle, hand basin, bidet, WC and heated towel rail.

EV Car Charging: Four electric car charging points on the estate next to the Leisure Centre. Two chargers are 7kW and two are 22kW, all with type 2 chargers. Please look in the welcome folder for instructions.
