Beyond the sitting room an elegant, spacious bedroom has delightful period features, with a luxurious bathroom just next door.
Head upstairs to the gallery with its views down towards the beautiful landscaped gardens. This is an ideal snug for a bit of quiet reading, listening to music, perhaps a relaxing yoga practice, or even catching up on emails at the built-in desk. The cottage has its own furnished garden, with a backdrop of Malvern stone, feature lighting and view to the hills; an ideal spot to sit and relax under the sun or the stars. The town of Malvern is on the eastern side of the Malvern Hills aonb which offers 100 miles of footpaths and bridleways with springs and views in all directions. The town holds antiques fairs, country markets, farmers’ markets and auctions throughout the year, as well as the Great Malvern Food Festival in June. The Malvern Theatre welcomes productions from the West End and the Royal Shakespeare Company. You can try outdoor activities including high ropes, climbing and abseiling. Fishing and river cruises are nearby and there are National Trust properties in the area. Malvern has many shops, cafés, art galleries and restaurants, a spa, and is a short drive from the Three Counties Showground. Malvern is the home of the Morgan car, which makes this area popular with enthusiasts. The Forest of Dean is 30 miles away, and the cathedral city of Worcester offering modern amenities is a 20 minute drive away. A great holiday destination at any time of year.
