Walkers have access to the Montgomery Canal (part of the Severn Way Walk) which runs to the front of the cottage, or you can venture onto Offas Dyke which runs nearby The delightful market town of Montgomery is just a short drive away, whilst a little further afield are Welshpool and Newtown where you can spend a day exploring the local shops and cafes. Discover the delights of Ludlow with its castle and the medieval town of Shrewsbury, both of which are easily accessible.
