The property is celebrated for its cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and the attentiveness of the host. Its proximity to beaches and scenic walks adds to the charm, making it an ideal retreat for families, large groups, and pet owners. While some minor feedback on facilities and maintenance is noted, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Reviewers frequently mention the cleanliness of the property, with comments such as 'spotless' and 'very clean' indicating a high standard of hygiene. The consistent praise across reviews justifies a near-perfect score.

The location is highly regarded for its beautiful views, proximity to beaches, and peaceful surroundings. Guests appreciate the scenic area and the ease of exploring Achill from this base. The score reflects the positive reception of the location.

Comfort is a standout feature, with guests finding the house spacious and well-appointed. The availability of bathrooms and comfortable beds are particularly appreciated. The high score is based on the frequent commendations for comfort.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the inclusion of appliances like dishwashers and washing machines. However, some guests noted a lack of cutlery and the need for better pots and pans, which slightly lowers the score.

While guests express gratitude for the host's responsiveness and helpfulness, there are no specific mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

We would love to stay again in the future. The house was amazing and so was the location. The weather was not great but the house was so comfortable to retreat back to.
