The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cleaning product - which from my experience is not always the case and it is the little details that make it. It is in a great location as it is close to town but also far enough in the countryside for it to be peaceful. It is well positioned for sightseeing around Silgo and its surrounding counties, Mayo,Donegal and Leitrim. John the owner was great and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend River Dale and hope when we are back that way it will be available.

The Cottage itself the garden area and the location were all 5 Stars ratings . We ejoyed all the Cottage and the surrounding area had to offer . We would definitely recommend this Cottage and it's location to other people as the perfect place to spend holiday time . A big thanks also to our hosts John and Marion for looking after us so well . There is enough space - we were a family of five - when it is raining. The garden is beautiful and safe parking for two cars on the ground. We enjoyed our stay very much.
