A delightful, detached bungalow providing comfortable, compact and functional accommodation yet retaining a cosy feel. There is an open plan living area with dining table and seating offering lovely views over the garden. Outside there is a superb decked terrace area providing ample outside seating and the opportunity for alfresco dining, perfect for unwinding and reliving the highlights of the day's activities. The local pub is just five minutes' walk away, perfect for slipping into the Irish way of life! The property adjoins Ref. 3706 and together they can accommodate 9.
The lively fishing village of Kilkieran is on the stunning rugged coastline in County Galway, and features a stone pier where the local fishermen process their catch of salmon and seaweed, which visitors will find fascinating to watch. The village is a short way from some beautiful unspoiled beaches. Further afield but no less interesting are the Aran Islands, famous for knitted jumpers and an abundance of wildlife, and boats can be chartered to tour around these lovely isles and glimpse a view of traditional Irish life. Connemara National Park, and Connemara Loop are always worth a visit and offer some super walking opportunities, and the abundance of lakes in the area will delight keen anglers. This lovely county has much to offer the visitor at any time of year.

The only drawback was that the winter season had just begun and the local pub/restaurants were closed during the week. We had a wonderful time in spite of that.

Mr and Mrs Clancy made themselves known to us and were very thoughtful and informative on our local surroundings. It is perfect or a restful break and beautiful scenery.
