Climbers can scale the famous Croagh Patrick mountain or visit the Ceide Fields, a Stone Age archaeological site. Alternatively, brush up on rural Irish history at the National Museum of Ireland - Country Life before enjoying the wonderful food, music and hospitality found in abundance in the popular town of Westport.
