The property is on the Wild Atlantic Way, right beside Ardgroom Harbour overlooking Tooth Mountain (1969ft) and comes complete with its own private pebble beach. The perfect spot for skimming stones and relaxing with a picnic.

Step inside and this tastefully restored cottage is a blend of character and charm with modern comforts including a solid fuel stove should the temperatures take a dip and a lovely garden with furnished terrace for outdoor dining. Accommodation is cosy and comfortable with two bedrooms, a bright sitting room and well fitted kitchen.

You’ll find local amenities just 1¼ miles away in Ardgroom, there’s also a pub and restaurant there so it's a good spot for lunch or dinner. If wild swimming floats your boat, take a stroll to Glenbeg Lough beach for a quick dip in the gin clear waters. Budding anglers can try their hand at trout fishing nearby or if you prefer a little shrimping, There’s a shrimp pot available for you to use!
