This lovely barn conversion is set in rural surroundings close to the village of Leap at the head of Glandore Harbour estuary. The scenery is spectacular, close to the sandy beaches, pier, pubs and restaurants.

Interiors are contemporary and spacious with an open plan living space including a smart kitchen with all the usual appliances and the sitting area has a woodburning stove for the cooler evenings. Outside there's a children's playground in the garden and a patio with barbecue, perfect for relaxing.

Head to Skibbereen, 7 miles away, this lively market town has everything you need for your holiday with an excellent choice of restaurants, pubs and shops and 18 hole golf course. It is an ideal base for touring west Cork, Mizen Head, Sheeps Head and Beara Peninsulas with an interesting and varied coastline of inlets, islands and beaches. Baltimore is a busy little port offering deep sea fishing trips, ferry trips to Sherkin Island and Cape Clear and with its large natural harbour and sailing school is popular with sailing enthusiasts.

Get out and about and explore the beautiful coastline with its sandy beaches, tidal inlets and pretty seaside villages of Glandore, Union Hall, Castletownshend and Clonakilty.
