Housekeeper was very helpful and the cottage was clean and tidy. We agree with the previous reviewer that the WiFi barely works. It is provided by a portable Vodafone hotspot that was slow during the day and didn’t work at all in the evenings (presumably when the network was busy).

Its a very spacious house, lovely big kitchen and dining. Pros: Big enough for a large family The most helpful cleaner/caretaker Location is fantastic Cons: Very dated, the oven was thankfully replaced on our stay and shower heads also. Wifi, very poor, it never worked for us in the sitting room so we plugged out the vodafone dongle. The curtains let in so much light that we doubled up using the kitchen pair
