We were 4 couples and felt completely at home and comfortable. There was plenty of extra space to spread out, or to find a quiet retreat. Beds were comfortable-no complaints from anyone! The house was neat, clean, well organized. And the views were mesmerizing. Would highly recommend this property to families or groups. Location was fine for us, as we had been to Ireland before and didnât feel a need to see the typical sites. But it does sit a bit far from some touristy sites. We were exploring, finding national forest sites, walking areas, and views more than seeking castles. A boat trip to the Slieve League cliffs was a great one to book ( seasonal). So the location for us was fine. Yes, we all felt it was an ideal visit for us and would return when opportunity allows.

It is in a completely stunning setting and the house itself is so beautifully decorated and furnished. There are so many âextrasâ provided it is unbelievable - my husband and son now want one of the fantastic coffee machines they had the use of all week! Jim is on hand if any little problems do arise which is good to know. Yes it is at the high end price bracket but you most certainly get value for your money. Very well worth the price and we would certainly love to return to Whitehorse House.
Paola
Amazing unspoiled sea view, underfloor heating, en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom. 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach and the house is greatly stocked. The pool table was a hit with our two girls. Best stocked and facilitated house we ever stayed in. Our only suggestion is that a patio area with chairs and table would add more value to the holidays.
