Sallywood House is highly praised for its spaciousness, well-equipped facilities, and beautiful location. Guests appreciate the personal touches from the owner, including guided tours of the local area. The property offers a secure outdoor space, ideal for children and pets, and is well-positioned for exploring Donegal. While most reviews are positive, one mentions the need for a deep clean, particularly in the kitchen.
Most guests found the property to be clean and tidy, with particular mention of the bedrooms and baths. However, one review highlighted issues with kitchen cleanliness, suggesting a need for improvement in this area.
The location is frequently described as fantastic, offering beautiful scenery and a good base for exploring Donegal. The property is appreciated for being peaceful yet conveniently close to local amenities.
Guests report a very comfortable stay, with the house providing plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked environment. One negative comment about the condition of a duvet cover slightly impacts this otherwise positive feedback.
The house is commended for being well-equipped and offering ample space. Positive remarks are made about the secure garden and the provision of entertainment options for children. However, one review suggests that some kitchen appliances and fixtures may need updating or replacing.
