A door separates the main living space from a bathroom and laundry room and leads you to the villa's luxurious spa area. Indulge in the steam room or experience the large emotional shower.  

Ascending the elegant glass staircase, you reach the first floor, where three sumptuous double bedrooms await. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a sleek ensuite with both a shower and bath, a walk-in wardrobe, and direct access to a shared terrace with stunning sea views. Each of the two additional bedrooms also has their own king-size beds and ensuite shower rooms. 

Step outside into the villa's expansive private garden, where you will find a pristine pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Fourteen sun loungers, three umbrellas, and side tables are thoughtfully arranged around the pool area for your comfort.  

The covered outdoor kitchen is equipped with a pizza oven, cooking hob, and barbecue for alfresco dining. A large dining table accommodates twelve, making it the ideal spot for enjoying local food and wine while watching the breathtaking Sicilian sunset.
