Guests say

Guests consistently praise Tower View Cottage for its prime location, comfort, and well-equipped facilities. The cottage's character and views are frequently highlighted, alongside the thoughtful touches provided by the host. While parking and occasional noise are mentioned, these are minor compared to the overall positive experience.

The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with numerous guests commenting on its well-kept state. One mention of the shower needing a deep clean slightly impacts the score, but overall, the property is regarded as exceptionally clean.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to Chester's centre, amenities, and transport links. Some guests noted noise from the nearby road and bus station, but the convenience and views from the property overwhelmingly contribute to a positive assessment.

Comfort is a strong point for the cottage, with guests finding the living areas cosy and the beds comfortable. The property is described as warm and welcoming, though a few guests noted the steepness of the steps, which could affect those with mobility issues.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the cottage being described as well-equipped for cooking and living. However, a few maintenance issues such as a TV that freezes and a shower that could use more attention slightly lower the score.

The host's thoughtfulness is frequently mentioned, with guests appreciating the welcome tray and other extras. While these gestures are warmly received, it is noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.
