Guests say

Guests consistently praise Tower View Cottage for its prime location, comfort, and well-equipped facilities. The cottage's character and views from the terrace garden are frequently highlighted, alongside the thoughtful touches provided by the owner. While parking and occasional noise are mentioned, these do not detract significantly from the overall positive experiences.

The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with numerous guests commenting on its well-kept state. One mention of the shower needing a deep clean slightly impacts the score, but overall, the property is regarded as exceptionally clean.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to Chester's centre, amenities, and transport links. Some guests noted noise from the nearby road and bus station, but the convenience and views are generally seen as outweighing these concerns.

The owner's thoughtfulness is frequently mentioned, with guests appreciating the welcome treats and helpful notes around the property. While these gestures are warmly received, it is noted that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Communication with the owner was good, especially around cheap parking options. A welcome pack including cheese, milk and Prosecco was most welcome. Would love to stay again.
