A beautiful high gloss white table with six designer chairs, perfect for a family meal in, features as the centre piece of the dining space, this along with the kitchen is within the living area, alternatively the decked balcony is perfect for breakfast in the sun, with the ocean as a stunning backdrop, contrasting cream and wenge units and super sleek Corian work tops make up a well-appointed open plan kitchen, it also has a breakfast bar, so you can enjoy a pre-dinner coffee, socialising with the chef, a utility cupboard in the hallway houses a washer/dryer.

There is a choice of three comfortable bedrooms, all of which benefit from stunning sea views, the spacious master king sized galleried bedroom and twin are located on the top floor to maximise the stunning views of the bay, and the ground floor king sized room is conveniently located across the corridor from bathroom one, all are well presented with beautifully dressed beds in Egyptian cotton and offer plenty of storage space.

With two-family bathrooms you have the choice of a bath with shower over on the ground floor, or enclosed shower, on the top floor, each is conveniently located next to the bedrooms, giving the whole family space to refresh and rejuvenate ready for the next fun filled day.

A south facing full-width decked balcony enjoys stunning views across St. Ives Bay, accessed via the living area patio doors, it enjoys sun throughout most of the day, sit back and relax in the two sofa style chairs watching the ocean, or there are two tables with four folding chairs, perfect for dining alfresco.

If you prefer dining out treat yourself to a meal at one of St Ives fabulous restaurants, many enjoy sea or harbour views, the closest beach Porthminster has a Michelin Plate rated restaurant right on the beach, Porthminster Beach café, with a delicious menu and panoramic ocean views is worth booking early, blessed with fresh sea food landed daily on its working harbour many of the towns eateries will put a smile on any discerning foodie, pretty cobbled streets filled with boutiques, gift shops and art galleries lead off the harbour and if you love art don’t miss the Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, to see how the town has inspired many famous artist.

Venture around the surrounding area by either the scenic railway which runs alongside the beaches with sea views all the way, or via the South West Coast Path, accessed nearby it heads across the cliffs towards Zenor or Carbis Bay and Hayle in the other direction, Carbis Bay Beach is a secluded bay with azure waters and golden shores.

The little ones will enjoy feeding the animals at, Paradise Park near Hayle, Newquay Zoo or Camel Creek Adventure Park, near Wadebridge, which also has an exciting rides along with Flambards in Helston, Cornwall has many glorious gardens, Trebah, a sub-tropical paradise with a stunning coastal backdrop, near Falmouth, the lost garden of Heligan or the tropical rainforest, with its exhilarating canopy walk way, at the Eden Project, both near St Austell, for a little romance treat yourself to a show at the Minack, an open air theatre cut out of the edge of a cliff, near Land’s End or watching the sun set over St Michaels Mount, a majestic castle set on its own island, near Penzance.
