About this property
This stunning holiday retreat is ideally located for family and friends looking to visit the Cotswolds aonb. Some of the region's most popular destinations are on your doorstep, with Bourton-on-the-Water (2.2 miles), Stow-on-the-Wold (4.8 miles) and Chipping Campden (14 miles), just to name a few. There are many attractions to keep visitors of all ages busy, with Birdland and the Bourton Model Village just down the road in Bourton-on-the-Water. Take a trip across to Adam Henson’s Cotswold farm Park (7.1 miles) where you can visit and feed the animals, learn about conservation and enjoy the picturesque countryside. The region is well known for its idyllic scenery and there are many walking trails to explore which take you into the rolling hills and through charming towns and villages that are lined with the infamous honey coloured stone buildings. There really is something for everyone with guests returning to the area year after year.
The property itself is set on a farm in Little Rissington and is part of a large barn conversion with three other units within the barn. There is a further barn with an additional four lets on the site. Access to the property is through the enclosed garden and brings you straight into the open plan ground floor. The lounge area is furnished to a wonderful standard with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV to enjoy an evening in watching a movie. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered holiday, including a double electric oven which will allow you to cater for a large group. Enjoy a celebratory meal on the dining table that will comfortably seat eight guests. The property has a convenient separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also find a downstairs shower room. The ground floor is completed by a further living space which has a pool table for guests to enjoy. Head upstairs, where you will find the four bedrooms, two king-size (one with an en-suite shower room), one double and one twin. Completing this floor is a bathroom with a shower and a bath.
The enclosed outdoor patio is accessed through the lounge and has a patio area with seating, an artificial lawned area, and a fantastic hot tub. Relax in total privacy with a drink and plan your next day's activities. The property has allocated parking for three vehicles in the communal car park area.
