Guests say

Guests consistently praise the cottage for its tasteful decor, high standards of cleanliness, and comprehensive equipment. The property is appreciated for its peacefulness and ideal location for exploring the Cotswolds. While the local pub's closure and neighbour's access are noted, these are minor compared to the overall positive experience, with many expressing a desire to return.

Reviewers frequently mention the property's spotless condition, indicating a very high level of cleanliness that contributes positively to their overall experience.

The property's location is highly praised for being central and ideal for visiting the Cotswolds, although the closure of the local pub and the main road setting are minor drawbacks for some.

Comfort is highlighted with mentions of a warm welcome, quality fitments, and a cosy atmosphere. Some guests find the lounge a bit small for larger groups, but overall comfort is rated highly.

Facilities are generally regarded as excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches. The electric car charging issue and the late check-in time are noted, but these do not significantly detract from the positive feedback.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful welcome packs and treats, including for pets, although it is politely noted that such gifts, while delightful, are not guaranteed for every stay.

After waiting , we then rang the emergency no and spoke to a lovely lady who told us she would send the site manager.whilst waiting the people staying in the cottage turned up, after a long discussion they discovered they had got their dates mixed up. After another hour they left and we were able to get in after a lot of stress thinking we would need to drive 5 hours back home. I suggest maybe the key box has a number that only the people staying for that week know as it’s one number for every holiday maker at the moment
