The Nook proudly sits at the top of the village green allowing for enviable far reaching views over the stunning Cotswolds rooftops in the village of Guiting Power.
Mullion windows, exposed stonework and wooden beams bring character in abundance to this pretty cottage, whilst two wood burning stoves and a cottage garden make The Nook a perfect Cotswolds retreat all year round.
The large, bright entrance hall leads straight through the cottage, past the ground floor bathroom to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with separate dining room, complete with wood burning stove and doors to the rear garden.
The cosy sitting room is dominated by a beautiful inglenook fire place and can be accessed from the cottage’s original hallway where you will also find the wooden staircase leading to the first floor and two tastefully furnished bedrooms; bedroom one with the option of either a super-king or twin single beds; a king-size bed in bedroom two; as well as a family shower room.
The cottage boasts a small front garden with views across the rolling hills, ideal for that morning coffee. The rear garden is totally enclosed and is ideal for alfresco dining after a day exploring the Cotswolds.

We spent a lovely time here at the Nook - despite the weather which to put it mildly was very wet and somewhat scuppered our plans to do lot's of walking. It was also quite a chilly time outside and whilst we never quite got the hang of the under floor heating in the kitchen and dining room, we were lovely and warm. We especially enjoyed lighting a couple of fires. Still managed to visit quite a few places and we would highly recommend Sezincote and Batsford Arboretum. The other place we enjoyed was the old bakery in Stow who do the most amazing cream tea. Thank you so much for making us so welcome!
