The farm is very central, giving excellent access to local shops, visitor attractions and motorway connections. The market town of Ashbourne is within driving distance and with its narrow cobbled alleys, it is something of a haven for antique hunters, boasting superb shops, as well as a variety of good pubs and restaurants, also within a short drive is The National Arboretum museum. Take a trip to Alton Towers, Hansons Auctioneers, Uttoxeter Racecourse, Castle Donington, or enjoy a historical day out exploring the National Trust properties such as Kedleston, Sudbury, and Calke Abbey. Chatsworth Estate and Gardens is around a slightly longer drive but on the scenic route, and the farm shop is a must visit to stock up on local goodies.
