This all ground floor accommodation is ideal for couples or groups of friends or families, and benefits from easy wheelchair access, it’s an ideal base from which to explore the plethora of walking paths, pretty market towns and villages within the area, less than 7 miles away from Alton Towers theme park, and countless stately homes and tourist attractions within 15 to 45 minutes’ drive. Enter the sleek kitchen/diner and you will find good quality appliances arranged in a contemporary layout, including microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, so that you can easily freshen up your belongings after an action-packed day. Unwind in the spacious sitting room, where plush sofas are positioned in front of a cinema sized TV, so you can get cosy as you enjoy a family film night in. The interior is completed by two well-presented bedrooms, both consisting of super-king-size beds, with zip/link features so that you can alter the sleeping arrangements to suit the preferences of your party, and one with an en suite shower room. Rocester is small village resting in the Derbyshire and Staffordshire border, between the River Churnet and River Dove, just five miles away from Alton Towers theme park. Within the village you will find the site of a Roman fort and is home to the famous JCB factory, as well as a number of shops and pubs. Within close reach is Peak District National Park with historic houses, market towns, moorland, offering a plethora of things to do.
