About this property

A spacious cottage with a large garden and wild orchard in a peaceful location surrounded by lovely rolling countryside.

Surrounded by stunning countryside, Ellencroft is a beautiful cottage, situated on one-level and is perfect for both families or groups of friends. The property is fully equipped with all the essentials needed for a well-earned break and at the end of a long hard day there is nothing better than relaxing in the lounge, looking out of the patio doors at the amazing scenery.

The house stands at the end of a private drive, shared with two other properties, on the edge of the small village of Hundall.

There are plenty of walks around the area but for a trip back in time, hop on a steam or diesel train operated by Peak Rail from Matlock to Rowsley, or head for nearby Crich Tramway Village and pay an old penny to ride on a vintage tram. Visit the stunning Chatsworth House or if you have a head for heights, why not ride the Heights of Abraham cable cars, soaring above the Derwent valley and into the village in the sky.
