Spotless in fact. The host is helpful and on hand should you need anything, but not intrusive. My only negative comment is the settee. Itâs a bed settee, and terribly uncomfortable. I have back problems, so I appreciate not every one would find it so, but both my husband and I struggled to get comfortable on it!!! I resorted to pillows from upstairs to try and bolster it. Itâs in pristine condition, but unless the host has sat on it continually, over a period of time, I donât think she would appreciate the problem. Everything else was first class though. For the discomfort of the settee alone, I doubt we would return unfortunately.

Well appointed, clean and a with a great little garden for us, and our dog, to enjoy. Good location for exploring Lincolnshire. Weâd also recommend the fish and chip van that comes on Mondays. Only disappointment was that the local pub was shut during our stay.
