Treat yourself to a rejuvenating soak in the hot tub, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay. Walk into the property and you are greeted by a delightful sitting room, complete with a TV and a sumptuous orange leather corner sofa which makes a gorgeous focal point to the room and is somewhere you can imagine relaxing and chilling out together. Step into the small but perfectly formed kitchen/diner which has everything you could need to produce delicious food for the holiday party or unbox a local takeaway. When it’s ready to serve up, if it’s not warm enough to dine outside, then take a seat at the elegant dining table and enjoy each other’s company while eating and drinking in style. At bedtime, guests can choose from three well-presented ground-floor bedrooms or one on the first floor and with two bathrooms in the house, no need to worry about any morning queues! When you get up in the morning, you are already in the best position for getting out and about exploring, so why not head to the beach 200 meters away at Mablethorpe for the day? Or other beaches in the area to choose from include Sutton-on-Sea, Skegness and Saltfleetby. If you’re an animal lover then attractions such as Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary are well worth a visit where you can find out about the amazing work done here and how the seal hospital has helped hundreds of injured and orphaned seals. Or take a trip to Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary and meet the donkeys and their extended family which includes Shetland ponies, horses, chickens and ducks. With a lovely picnic area, this is a great place to stop off and stay awhile. Towns worth visiting in the region include Skegness, Spilsby and Alford, which are all different but which all offer a warm Lincolnshire welcome. Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea. Mablethorpe has a selection of reputable restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Chinese and French, plus high street stores and independent shops, along with a weekly street market where visitors can pick up locally produced goods. The town is home to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary where you can meet seals along with an array of other friendly animals; the Mablethorpe Golf Course that is a must for keen golfers, whilst there is an amusement park and go-karts for those seeking an adventure. A few miles down the coast lies the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, which plays host to a wide range of family-friendly attractions. Head to Sutton on Sea, a fabulous holiday location, home to an award-winning Blue Flag Beach that is perfect for paddleboarding, swimming, or simply lounging on the soft sands, while the village itself hosts an impressive selection of shops, bars, restaurants and pubs. Alternatively, head inland to the town of Louth with its Georgian streets and Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex, and excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes. Mablethorpe is a truly superb base for discovering the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and coast.
