The weather was very good to us, and we made good use of the garden furniture for a meal and quiet drink in the evening. Cottage provides a wonderful base for exploring from Lincoln to the coast, and the owners communication, was very friendly making everything clear. We had a very good time.

The cottage is in a peaceful rural location and is very well equipped and maintained to a very high standard. I was contacted by Gill the owner prior to my visit ensuring there was nothing I needed before traveling to the property. She also provided her sons mobile number and assured my that they were both available during our stay if we needed anything. Her son Mark visited us on our first day to ensure we did not require anything and reiterate he was available at any time if required. Although I did not need to contact either of them I was very reassured to have such personal and kind contact with them. Excellent hosts. The cottage was in a very quiet rural location that was ideal for our purpose which was to relax. It was also an ideal base to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and associated towns and cities which was the other purpose of our visit. Overall a superb cottage with hosts that certainly go the extra mile. Thank you Gill and Mark.
