It's clean and comfortable and has everything you need. A lovely little real fire in the living room. Really cosy. Totally secure garden so you dog is safe and of course the hot tub! The pub 2 doors up is great. The food is really good and they are so friendly in there. Dog friendly even in the restaurant part. The village shop has everything you need. I think I found a little gem when I booked Farriers. Totally recommend.

We had a small problem with the hot tub but the owner was very responsive and sorted it out within the same day. The pub just down from the holiday let in Ingham (The Black Horse) was a favourite hangout for the dambusters squadron. It's a great place to explore Lincoln and the surrounding country. Highly recommend!
