Guests frequently mention the spotless condition of the property, highlighting its cleanliness as a significant positive aspect. The property is described as immaculate and very clean, contributing to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

The location is highly regarded for its amazing views and tranquillity, with the property being situated in a picturesque setting. The proximity to local attractions and the convenience of having shops and restaurants nearby are appreciated, although some guests noted the challenging access via certain routes.

Comfort is a standout feature, with guests expressing satisfaction with the restful beds, cosy sofas, and well-equipped kitchen. The spaciousness of the property ensures that even large groups find it comfortable and relaxing.

The facilities, including the hot tub, sauna, and tennis court, are frequently used and enjoyed by guests. However, some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for additional kitchen utensils and equipment slightly affect the score. The BBQ hut is a unique feature that guests love, despite the recommendation to bring a torch for the walk back at night.

The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident in their communication and the provision of welcome gifts such as wine and chocolates, which are mentioned in some reviews. However, as these gifts are not consistently referenced, it is important to note that such gestures, while appreciated, may not be a standard offering for every stay.

Nettleton is a village and civil parish in Wiltshire. The parish includes the villages of Nettleton, Burton and West Kington, and the hamlets of Horsedown, Nettleton Shrub and West Kington Wick. The northern section of Nettleton village is known as Nettleton Green, with the name Nettleton meaning "the place where nettles grow'' - gardeners in the village certainly know the truth of that! There are some 80 households in Nettleton village which lie within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are many good walks in the area and the Macmillian Way long distance footpath runs through the parish.

Sole use of the BBQ hut and tennis courts was great along with the hot tub which we used daily! Owner also on hand when needed. Would def recommend and return in future.

We thought it was quirky that all the bathrooms had a tv in them but some didn’t work. Was helpful to have a washer/dryer Would have been nice if there had been some tea, coffee, sugar condiments. But overall a nice stay
