A beautiful little village, Stathern is handily within easy reach of a range of cities, including Nottingham, Leicester and Lincoln; so you'll rarely run out of things to do when visiting. The village itself rests near the renowned Belvoir Castle, a 19th-century building with costumed guides, and is where you can enjoy a tour before returning to the village and trying a crisp ale at the Plough Inn.
