Situated on the beautiful Manor House holiday park in the Nottinghamshire countryside, is our spacious and modern three bedroom park home. Set right on the river Trent this private and peaceful site is just what you need to recharge your batteries.

Featuring a well appointed kitchen with oven hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

A modern toilet/shower room with an additional separate toilet.

A spacious comfortable living area with ample sofa seating and a cozy gas fire.

Dining table with four chairs

Three bedrooms to include a double and two twin bedded rooms.

Free view tv in the sitting room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.

The property has central heating and full double glazing, for your comfort across the seasons.

Free wifi is also available on site.

The kitchen is fully equipped for Upto 6 guests and we like to think we have thought of everything, please do let us know if we have missed anything that you would have liked and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

All bedding and towels are provided for your convenience.

Toilet paper and basic cleaning products are also supplied.

The is a private parking space to the front of the property and a lock box for ease of check-in/out

Manor farm holiday park is a stunning 27 acre countryside private park, With direct access to the river Trent. The location is ideal for a relaxing get away from it all trip or a fantastic base if you are working in the local area.

The site has access to 21 free fishing pegs, where guests can fish day or night for a range of species to include Pike , Barble and Carp, the area has lots of places to walk and cycle and we welcome well behaved dogs (to be kept on a lead within the park and not to be left unattended in the property, please also keep pets off the furniture)
