Downstairs, the nightclub is the place to show off all your best moves and to groove all night long to the built-in sound system and funky lights. Disco the night away or watch your friends cut shapes from the camera in the lounge upstairs. If you need a quiet night to recover, stick your favourite film on the Smart TV and chill out to regain your energy. Sharing its space with the lounge, the kitchen has all the appliances you need to whip up your pre- or post-dance meal…that’s if you haven’t arranged for a private chef to conjure you up a feast. When the night is finished, make your way out to the courtyard and into the welcoming bedrooms. All 13 bedrooms have their own en-suite so you can enjoy a refreshing shower whenever you fancy, and all have underfloor heating to keep your happy feet warm throughout your stay. Whenever you rise and shine, start your day with a game of air hockey in the games room or chill on the sofa and catch up on the night’s antics. There is a carpark nearby and easy drop off and pick up access.

- Electric double oven and hob, 2 under-counter fridges, larder fridge freezer, 2 drinks chillers, dishwasher and microwave

- 2 x Hot tubs - close at 9:30pm (please note the third hot tub is for back-up)

- Concierge service onsite: Everything can be arranged for you from your very own private chef to entertainment, Turkish barber to spa treatments, just ask and the owner will try and make it happen

- Food - Breakfast, lunch and evening meal - why worry about feeding your guests, for an extra charge the concierge service can arrange all your meals, clear away the tables and do the washing up and even man the bar so you can relax and enjoy your event

- Private self catering venue - each event can be designed and tailored for you

- For all new bookings made from September 2024 - complimentary breakfast on first morning of your stay. Served between 8am-10am from the 5 star onsite kitchen/restaurant. This exclusive offer is arranged directly with the owners prior to your stay

- Day guests are welcome to come and enjoy your event, there is an additional charge of £25.00 per guest. Total numbers over 30 (including 26 in the accommodation) to make arrangements with the owner and will usually require hire of the banqueting hall to accommodate

- Banqueting hall can be hired out at an additional charge for a maximum of 60 guests in total
