Very spacious and comfortable all round with outstanding views. Only let down by what seems to be a lazy and lax approach to customers from âownerâ ie: a token welcome file with local, relevant and important information would have been nice. No previous customer recommended eateries or walks from âhereâ. No emergency contact numbers docs/dentist or taxis/ buses. Not even a convenient wi-fi code. We can glean information from Google etc but itâs nice to feel welcomed and appreciated. Would still recommend.

The property was exactly as described online and was very well stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Although about 3 miles outside Keswick,we would recommend the location as an ideal base to explore the lovely surrounding area and beyond.
