My only criticism is that I could not charge my EV at the charge point. Successfully logged in, entered my details, provided details for payment (including a pre charge payment of I think £60 which seems excessive) and got to the charging about to start screen. Unfortunately it never did start. Tried again and the same thing. Seems to be a communication problem with the Monta charge point or App. I’ve never heard of Monta before - maybe a poor choice of charge point. Trusting my £60 pre charge gets reimbursed- will have to check at the end of the month. All rather disappointing as an onsite charge point is potentially very useful. I wonder if anyone else has managed to get it to work?

The walkway of the old railway track is also a total asset to this lovely apartment as you can take a leisurely walk into Keswick. The staff on hand are very helpful, we will certainly be returning to this lovely apartment in beautiful settings when it's available.
