Pack a picnic and spend a joyful few hours exploring peaceful woods, giant boulders at precarious angles (the famous Bowder Stone), secret caves (once home to 'Professor of Adventure' Millican Dalton), and secret wild-swimming pools. Head south to charming Grasmere. Stock up on their world-famous gingerbread before continuing on your scenic journey through the Lakes to bustling Ambleside and ever popular Bowness-on-Windermere.

The living accommodation is all open plan making it a wonderful sociable space for two.
