Snaptrip says

Derwent Haven is a well-received apartment in Keswick, praised for its prime location, comfort, and thoughtful touches. Guests appreciate the quietness despite central positioning, the provision of essentials, and the convenience of a parking space. Some concerns about window functionality and parking space size are noted, but overall experiences are positive, with many looking forward to returning.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The apartment is consistently described as clean and well-maintained. Guests have not raised any significant issues regarding cleanliness, indicating high standards are met.

The location is highly praised for being central, quiet, and convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and natural attractions. The provision of a parking space, despite its size, adds to the location's appeal.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the apartment spacious. However, some mention the property can be warm and stuffy, with windows that are difficult to open, affecting the overall comfort slightly.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a good shower, bath, and kitchen essentials. Some concerns about hot water issues and window functionality suggest room for improvement in maintenance.

While guests mention sweet little extras and thoughtful provisions like ice cubes and tuppawware, there is not enough consistent detail across reviews to accurately score thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such extras are appreciated but not guaranteed.

The bedrooms were well furnished and the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. The lounge was lovely. The windows in the lounge and main bedroom were very difficult to open and had to be wedged to stay open. For an older couple this would be very difficult to do. The property was very warm almost stuffy so having a fan provided was very welcome. The parking whilst tight wasn’t too much of a problem. It would be useful if the spaces were fully marked out and painted on the ground. The difficulty of trying to speak to someone about a matter after our trip was a little worrying. I don’t feel confident if we had run into a major issue like missing keys or something during our trip we would have been able to get hold of anyone in good time. The number given was a landline and mostly automated. It kept repeating I should go online to resolve any problems we had. I had to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back. This wasn’t an issue this time, as our holiday had finished but imagine urgently needed assistance and there is no one available. To be honest that lack of support available would stop me booking again.

Suggest fixing the windows or provide a small fan. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The only slight problem was being unable to control the storage heating. We found it rather warm.
