A delightful semi-detached bungalow resting in a central location in the popular Lake District town of Keswick, Noble Knott is a spacious and welcoming dwelling for four guests. Perfect for families and friends to enjoy a much-needed break from the everyday, Noble Knott makes a peaceful base for all of your Lakes adventures. On walking inside, you will enter into a charming living/dining room where you can relax after a day outdoors, featuring an electric fire which adds a homely ambiance along with sofas to sink into, and a TV with Freeview . Across the way is the kitchen, fully-equipped with wooden units and a good selection of appliances including an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, along with a handy washing machine. Rustle up tasty meals in here to be enjoyed in the dining area, or head outside to the lovely garden to dine alfresco in the summer months at the patio furniture. A nicely tiled bathroom is a wonderful addition to the property, with a shower and a heated rail to keep your towel warm. Sweeping across the hall will bring you to the twin bedroom, while the second and final bedroom is a double, with both offering pretty views of the greenery outside. Head into the town of Keswick which is just an easy stroll away to discover a bustling atmosphere teaming with independent shops, local cafés and restaurants and traditional pubs, along with a market held every Saturday and Thursday in the Market Square. Several local activity organisers can be found here too to help you plan an exciting outing with ghyll scrambling being very popular, as well as a host of watersports to try out on the nearby lake, Derwentwater, including paddle-boarding, kayaking, and canoeing. Homely and very clean. A quiet location only 10 min walk into town center. Well positioned for walks straight from the property. Didn't need to use our car once.

Handy location for walking into town. Always feels so homely. Very comfy, cosy and spotless.

The only things I would suggest is, a lock on bathroom door would have meant a less embarrassing week and a dustpan with a longer handled brush (less than £10 in many places) would have made things much easier, as bending down to the floor at age 80 isn't easy! Only 2 little things, which could be changed quite cheaply, would have been helpful, but overall great!
